Rea Surgical and Maternity Hospital is a project developed by a team of Greek Gynecologists and the scope of work involves (a) preparation of study for medical equipment installation & layout drawings, bill of quantities, specifications, budgeting of medical equipment and furniture, tender documents, evaluation & equipment selection procedures (b) project management & implementation of the above study for tendering and evaluating medical equipment offers, coordination with main contractor, supervision and project management of installation for medical equipment, commissioning, hand over and end user training.
